  • What does Lopaus Point mean?
    Lopaus (Lōpus) Point is where our founder, Stacie, grew up on the coast of Maine. Her most fond childhood memories are those spent with her mother, Eva, in their Lopaus Point kitchen. She recalls picking wild blueberries in the summer, canning fresh garden vegetables for the long winter ahead and the smell of the salty ocean air on Lopaus Point. The name Lopaus Point is a tribute to the love they shared for one another and the joy that came from cooking together.
  • Where can I buy Lopaus Point waffles?
    Lopaus Point waffles can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States from our online store. To see our in-store locations or to see if we are offered through your favorite grocery delivery service, check out our store locator page.
  • How do I contact Lopaus Point?

  • Do you have a corporate gifting program?

  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer flat-rate shipping costs based on the state you are shipping to. Shipping is either $10 or $25 depending on where you are located in the country.
  • When can I expect to receive my order?
    We ship orders Monday-Wednesday. Ship time is 1-2 days depending on the destination. Orders placed Monday-Wednesday will ship either the same day if received prior to our cut off time or the next business day. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday of the following week. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude US Holidays. FedEx Ground: 1-2 business days FedEx Air: 2 days FedEx Express: 2 days
  • What if I need my waffles sooner?
    If you need your waffles in a pinch, email us (hello@lopauspoint.com) and we will try to accommodate your request.
  • How do I track my order?
    We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you would like to check the status of your order, please see the tracking confirmation code that was sent to your email address.
  • How do you keep waffles frozen during shipment?
    Our waffles are perishable and are required to be shipped frozen with gel packs in a box with an eco-friendly liner. Foam is used for bulk/larger orders.
  • Is it ok if my waffles aren't completely frozen when they arrive?
    Depending on the season and transit time, waffles will arrive from cool to frozen. As long as they are still cool to the touch, they are fine. Be sure to place them in the freezer immediately upon receipt. If your waffles have been delayed and arrive warm, please email hello@lopauspoint.com so we can replace your order.
  • How do I store my waffles?
    We ask that you open your order immediately upon receipt and place in the freezer. Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to product spoilage, for which Lopaus Point cannot assume responsibility. All products delivered in a timely manner will be assumed delivered fresh and of acceptable quality. Please contact us within 3 business days of your delivery to advise of any issues or concerns.
  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
    All packages are shipped via FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    We do not currently offer shipping outside the continental United States.
  • Can I change the delivery information after my order has been shipped?
    If you use FedEx online and change the delivery address after your package has been shipped/while it is in transit, we are not responsible for any thawing/spoilage that may be caused by amended delivery times.
  • How long do your waffles last?
    Each bag of waffles has a Best By date. This date applies to waffles stored frozen, unopened. Our waffles are all natural with no preservatives (as food should be). For this reason, once the waffle bag is opened, we recommend folding/clipping the bag or placing it in a zipper bag, keeping the waffles in the freezer and enjoying within 3 months. After that our waffles will still be tasty but not at their peak. If you order waffles to your home, they will arrive cold or semi frozen. Place them in your freezer upon arrival and proceed as directed above.

  • Are your waffles gluten free?
    Yes, all of our waffles are gluten free and are produced in a GFCO certified facility.
  • Are your waffles Kosher?
    Yes. Our products are certified Kosher pareve through Orthodox Union.
  • Are your waffles non-GMO?
    Yes, our waffles are verified Non-GMO by the Non-GMO project.
  • Do your waffles contain nuts?
    Yes, our waffles contain almond so they are not safe for those with almond allergies or sensitivities. However, they are peanut safe.
  • Are your waffles dairy free?
    Our waffles do not contain dairy. Our facility is also dairy free.
  • Do you offer vegan flavors?
    We use eggs in our batter, so we do not have a vegan option at this time.
  • Are your waffles paleo?
    No, our waffles are not paleo.
  • Are your waffles keto?
    No, our waffles are not keto.
